We are currently seeking experienced restaurant managers in the Southbay market. We are looking for candidates that possess outstanding business and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. We are looking for fast track managers wanting a General Manager position.

Requirements:
� Minimum 2+ years of Management experience in a full service restaurant
� Good people management skills, communication and listening skills. Must be flexible and adaptable to change
� Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
� Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, week ends and holidays
� Knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, Safe Food Handling and Sanitation, safety and security systems and procedures, and basic computer skills
